This is a VIRTUAL legal education session so you can learn more about your options, our process, and fees.

 

What to Expect

During the Virtual Meeting

  • You’ll share your goals and objectives for protecting your family and assets

  • We will explain your options and our estate planning packages and flat fee pricing

  • If we decide we are a good fit to work together, we’ll discuss next steps

    Session fee of $395 will be waived for all meetings booked before 5/31/24!

REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING:

  • If you are married, both spouses must be in attendance.
  • You will be asked to complete an online questionnaire 3 days before our session.  The link for the questionnaire will be emailed to you.
  • Session is available to residents of Kansas.

If the above conditions are not met, the meeting will be cancelled. Thank you for your cooperation!

After the Meeting

  • If we decide we are a good fit, you may retain our office.

  • We will schedule a design meeting to review your goals and discuss the best strategies for achieving them.

  • Together we will tailor a plan that meets your needs and make sure you understand how it works.

  • Your completed Estate Plan will allow you to breathe a sign of relief knowing your future is secure.

Meeting Virtually

Virtual Meetings are available on cell phones, tablets, and computers and are easy to use.  You will receive an email with detailed instructions and a link to click on to join the meeting. If you haven’t used it before, now is the perfect time to experiment with new technology!  Our office is patient and excited to see people try something new.  You will be surprised at how easy Virtual Meetings are and you will enjoy the opportunity to discuss your personal situation face-to-face with our Kansas City Estate Attorneys.
